Development of a Digital Risk and Variation Management Tool for Real-Time Cost Control of Road Construction Projects in Uganda

The study will develop and evaluate a digital tool integrating risk identification, variation tracking, cost monitoring, and early-warning indicators. It will support project managers and quantity surveyors in making timely decisions, reducing uncontrolled variations, predicting cost overruns, and improving financial performance of road construction projects in Uganda.
