The FAST Faculty Mentorship Programme supports the professional growth of academic, technical, and administrative staff by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared leadership. The programme pairs early-career and developing staff with experienced mentors who provide guidance on teaching excellence, research, grant writing, postgraduate supervision, academic promotion, leadership, innovation, and professional development.
